| Our website is NOT interactive, so you can not place an order online through our website. You can contact us in a number of ways to place an order however. |
Ordering By Phone:
You can call us at 1-800-433-1264, and use a credit card to order. We can take Visa, Master Card or Discover Card. |
Ordering by Fax:
You can fax us at 1-507-249-3244.
Be sure to include;
• Your credit card information, (Card number, Expiration Date, Security on the back of the card).
• Your full order, Item numbers along with descriptions are very helpful to us to help reduce sending a wrong item.
• Your full shipping address. Remember, UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes!

You can submit your order by email.
-- • If ordering models, please include the Scale, Manufacturer, Item #, Description and Price.
-- • If ordering Books or DVD's please include the ENTIRE title.
Email is NOT secure! If you are going to include your credit card information we suggest breaking it up into 3 emails minimum. Please make sure to include all 16 numbers (not all in the same email), Expiration, Security Code (On the back of the card). We also need your phone number and zip code. |
